System Components

The PGDash system comprises off-chain and on-chain components. Off-chain components hold order states, execute transactions, and send state updates to on-chain components. On-chain components enforce the validity of state transitions, hold state commitments, and system assets.

PGDash makes user data available through the following data availability modes: ZK-Rollup mode, Validium mode, and Volition mode, which allows users to choose ZK-Rollup or Validium mode for each transaction.

The PGDash system consists of components such as applications, operators, PGDash services, SHARP shared proof services, STARK validators, PGDash contracts, etc. It provides high-speed, low-cost, and scalable decentralized transaction capabilities for applications.
